Well I have been pretty good and it's working, I went up last week due to a peanut frenzy haha, but clawed it back this week and have started my downward journey. I am making myself walk every day, even if it is just a short one at lunchtime. Today I am shoe shopping and anticipate a lot of walking, trying on every pair in town haha
