You can! If you really want the weight of you can commit. Start by recording what you are eating every day (record everything also what you drink) without making changes.
After a week make one change a day. For example exchange something that is full fat for something with lower calories. Or Have a carrot instead of a chocolate. Just one small change each day.
After another week work up to having 2 things changed from your old life changed each day (so not two more each day, just two each day, could be the same every day)
Go slowly until you see that you can make changes, they might be slow but a change is a change. Eventually you can change bigger things and change faster.
You can do it, everyone can do it!
