Super surprised by this weigh-in number. I was hoping to be the same with no gain because I had been home in Hilo, Hawaii for 8 days.
I decided to be sure and eat only what I could not eat in California, no fried food as much as possible, which turned out to be a lot of fish. Seared ahi salad, opakapaka piccata, grill ono fish tacos, etc. My beer consumption was much lower than usual. I did get one workout in while in Hawaii and the humidity probably helped since I had plenty of water loss due to perspiration. (8^)
BMI 61.3 Percent Body Fat 50.6, Lean Body Mass 223.6, Body Fat Mass 228.7
Now to set another goal!
Old goal: 460 lbs
New goal: 440 lbs
