Hi guys, sorry it's been a while, but I got good news. First, didn't gain back as much as I feared I would when I went off diet. So, yea, go me. Second, I'm going to school now, this past week was my first week back. Boy was I wore out by time Friday got here. Third, I'm going back on my diet. The hubby has finally gotten tied of his weight as well and has agreed to change the way we shop. And before anyone can point it out; I know I don't need him to lose weight in order for me to lose weight. It was a money thing, our budget just couldn't handle two different shopping list. Since you can't make someone diet if they don't want to I was the one who bowed out. But now we all are getting on board. So I can buy one list, save money, and get back on track. Because of school I won't have the time to be on here often. I'm hoping to plan my meals on the week end so I don't have to try to figure it out as I go. Oh, and we are doing a lot of slow cooker meals now so if any of you have any good recipes I would be eternally grateful if you shared them. Lot of love and happy journey everyone.
