I figured it out!! (I think.)
This week I decided to not eat any cereal for breakfast. I was having a bowl of Corn Flakes every morning. I've been on a plateau for WEEKS, as you all know.
I've dropped 4 pounds this week and I haven't changed anything else. It has to be it.
This is really bittersweet for me because I LOVE cereal!! It's my favorite thing. BUT, I love breaking the plateau also!
