I DID IT!!!! WHOOO HOOO!
Much to my surprise, I got on the scale this morning (3 times!) and I have made it to my goal weight!
Number of months of work: 7.1 Number of days of work: 217 Number of pounds lost: 36 Average rate: 1 pound every 6 days
I cannot even begin to count the trips to the gym, walks, and hikes. Nor can I estimate the number of bad, unhealthy habits overcome. I do know that I feel great. I am fit and healthier than I have ever been!
I have celebrated this morning with a long walk with my pup. Happy dancing will continue throughout the day!
