I so needed to read this days ago as I am now up 9#. Was so happy with the 61 gone I know Im not focused and this bouncing around is driving me nuts. Some self disipline for me and not giving up or in or out is is NOT A OPTION EVER. Prayer for help and centering is my priority today and writing every everything down and timing.
