We ate real food (beef Manhattan, Sprite & apple dumpling for me) in a restaurant yesterday after my wife's doctor appointment.
I think gaining 1.4#'s isn't too bad considering what I ate and the fact that the BM's aren't happening again. (trying some fiber)
Also, for the appointment, I had to switch from 3rd shift schedule to a 1st shift schedule then turn rite around again to a 3rd. If that doesn't mess up the body (and mind) I don't know what will...
