Thanks. I have now reduced my RDI from the calculated 2200 to a more stringent 2000. I have always tried to stay under my RDI with my goal being 1900 but I have now reduced that to 1700. I will still try and stick to 1500 on a Wednesday, Thursday, just like my old 5:2 regime.
