YAY! My weight had gone back up to 187 and I have had to work on getting my choices back in line and getting a better grip on the lower carbs/1200 calorie thingy. The weight has been slowly coming back off. Almost 4 weeks to show another pound lost. (It was actually 5 pounds!) I've not had any baked goods, no sweets, no candy since August--never thought I'd say that! It makes shopping easier---I just walk past it--"can't have that".

Donna it's really the only way. My word for my favorite foods is poison. That works for me because why would I eat poison. Choose your own word or words. Finally went down to 173. Never thought I could do it. Also my underwear is so 5 and my size is small. Again never in my wildest dreams could I do that. I just wanted to go below 200 to 199 but when I got there I just kept going. Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels. Everyone just remember that. I heard that about 20 or more years ago but it's still true
