Today is my best friends birthday party... I will have a cheat meal tonight, but I won't go overboard as I did last weekend. I need to be under 90 kgs before the end of November. I am doing ok, and I intend to break the 23 kgs into small chunks (like 2.5kg) as incentives. I think I will treat myself to a Pedicure when I am under 90kgs... and then a massage for getting to under 80kg! Positive - onwards and downwards!

Thankyou! Party was good - unfortunately, there was alot of yummy food... mainly carbohydrate based (think pastas, potatoes and rice salads) and only one source of pure protein - a beef roast. Lets see what the scales have to say about that one in the morning! I don't feel as bloated or disgusting as I did last weekend. I hope to lose another kilo or so before next weekend as I have a wedding. Parties every weekend until Christmas! Life goes on regardless of who is on a diet!
