One slip, and I gained back two pounds, but I refuse to beat myself up about it; it's self defeating. The success I've experienced will continue, and I'm in this to win; no ifs, ands, or doubts, about it!

Life happens. It is how you deal with it that counts in the long run. I like that you don't let this get you down. WTG!

Good attitude. This is a lifestyle; we just get up and go on. At the rate I'm loosing I could get discouraged, but I don't. I am HAPPY that I have lost anything at all. You have done great all along. Have a good week.

Thanks ladies, however, after making a trip to my doctor's office, I found out that my weight gain was only one pound; I'll take the loss of a pound any way I can get it. LOL :)

Hey one slip one day, think about all the good days you have had with no slips, one out of how many. You are doing a great job, also it's a good reminder and so not worth it. Keep up the good work.

I'm impressed you've lost 24 lbs so far! Be encouraged! We all slip up but we're still losing weight!
