I joined FatSecret in June of 2012, weighing in at 272 pounds. Throughout the following years, I continued to gain more weight instead of losing it. I even got myself up to 312 pounds at one point. And then at 303 pounds in mid September of this year, I finally decided that enough was enough. I needed to make some changes and do something about my weight. Those small but significant changes have left me both feeling better and looking better. I am nowhere near my end goal, but my baby steps are truly starting to add up! It may be silly to some, but it is a huge victory for me to be under the weight that I was when I first signed up on this site. This is the smallest that I have been in over three years, and that is something for me to be proud of. Today was a very satisfying weigh-in!
