I'm doing somewhat of a post Thanksgiving cleanse this weekend. I had cauliflower w/ broth soup Sunday evening and Butternut Squash broth soup tonight. It really fills me up and I end up around 60% - 80% at the end of the day. I think I'm going to work this end of week dinner cleanse into my eating schedule. It seems to be getting results.
