logging in a huge gain but its TOM right now and I was bad all last week and of course I knew I was starting induction today so I went out with a bang last night and took my son's offer of Chinese dinner out and then some popcorn with a movie last night. And let me tell you.. I had the worst headache this morning. Like a carb hangover no thanks to 5 days of eating whatever. In an effort to redeem myself I just cleaned out my fridge and stocked up on induction friendly foods. I was sure to get some bars and jello bc Imma need it and diet root beer and sugar free gum bc that always helps with cravings. Im sure this week will be hard but its necessary otherwise I wont be able to stop with the carbage. I've barely logged any gains in the 11 months I've been on this journey and I will be super honest.. I dont even feel bad about it. I've worked hard and this is the 1st real slip up and it was planned so imma go with it. BUT, I am gonna work my butt off to get back on track and down to where I was... which was 161.. not hard at all if I apply myself and take it one day at a time..
SO, best foot forward and we got this guys !!!

You got this. Sometimes you just need a break. You know what you need to do and you're not letting yourself go too far. Life is here for us to enjoy. I wouldn't feel bad about it either!

yep if you fall off the bed just get right back on. I'm in the same boat. Just love them holidays. Thank God it is only once a year. A month off, do it again, then 11 months to go til we do it again.

SGP.I did great all year.. till these last two weeks.. I just threw in the towel,even though I said I wouldnt and I agree, at least its only once a year... MEH.. moving foward LOL.. Ill be good for the next three weeks LOL...
