First official weigh in for me for 2016. I am proud of the loss and I will work harder to lose more in the coming weeks. I accept my current weight loss as I know I am moving towards a new me for 2016.
I listened to a minister's sermon today about how an Ant as little as it is can move so much more than his body,such a small creature with a lot of muscle power and faith in his ability to get the job done. It got me thinking about how we as humans are so much bigger than an ant and yet some of us sit and complain about how we can't do something. We should have the faith in our ability to change as the little ant has the ability to do his job.
One small step for an Ant and I small block for weight loss.
