Weighed myself the other day, haven't weighed myself since my vacation/holiday. I didn't gain too much which is a relief but still a reality check that I need to stay on track. My last business trip till summer is this week so I will do my best to stay paleo while traveling. I will be joining a new gym when I get home! Excited to start fresh next week
