Had some unexpected issues and expenses that have sapped my energy and funds, but I managed to figure it all out and get back on track. I've noticed that I tend to put on 5lbs or more water weight when I consume large quantities of carbohydrates compared to my new lower intake. When I do not consume the carbohydrates, in about 36 - 48 hours later I begin experiencing headaches that are pretty severe. What little I can gleem is that it is related to my body being forced back into ketosis due to the lack of carbohydrates in the system.
