Today marks the rebirth of my diet. I have been doing weight watchers since June 2009. To date I have lost about 25lbs and am a lifetime member. I am at the lowest weight that I can remember being and I feel great. Since becoming a lifetime member, I have been able to maintain my weight and continue to eat healthy...until the last two weeks. I seem to have lost control. I graduated from college last week and have been celebrating by eating ever since. I am about to embark on the next chapter of my life, as a nurse! There is no way I would rather start that chapter than healthy and happy! I am hoping that through this I can become more accountable for my day to day eating habits and to gain insight and encouragement from others.
