Well, it's time to start trying again. I haven't been dieting since the holidays. It's amazing how a cookie after months of no sugar, will put the craving all back to pre-diet amounts. UGH!!

That's ok, though. I'm not gonna stress about it. Life is too short. I've started walking again. I was able to the last two days. It has just been so stinkin' cold! I'm so ready for the time change and the warmer weather. I NEVER thought I would say that, but I'm so tired of being cold. I'm ready for tank tops, shorts and tennis shoes. And walking twice a day.

On the food side, I've joined the HelloFresh program and they deliver 4 days of food for my hubby and I for the week. I LOVE IT! There are things I would never think to put together. It breaks up the monotony of me trying to figure how what in the heck I'm gonna make for dinner, AND it serves two people, so I'm forced to reduce my portion sizes. I think this is going to be a key point for me.

Even if it's good for me, I eat WAY too much of it. Plus, I'm one of the ones who was forced to clean my plate growing up and that habit is SO hard to break.

The dinners are anywhere from 400 to 800 calories. Not too terribly bad, I don't think.
