R1P2 - VLCD #36 Since this morning I had small to traces of ketosis I decided to take another HCG Injection, I don't want to say it will be the last one for sure, because I might change my mind again tomorrow! I feel that if I'm still burning fat with my diet I should keep going, until I've HCG solution available, which there's not much left anyway, I believe around 2 or 3 additional injections and then I'm done with it. I'd like to stop with today though, I feel I'm ready to move with Phase 3 and I'm happy so far with the weight loss I achieved in the past few weeks, I'm looking forward to reset my hipotalamus and stabilize the weight as it is for the next 6 weeks. After that I will definitely start my second round of HCG! This diet has been so far the best I ever tried, I suggest it to anyone.
