I will be rotating 10 days of all protein, veg and fruits with three days of "free days" in between sessions. This is loosely based on the 10 lbs in 10 days program. Exercise and lots of water will be key to ultimate success!

Hello! I actually did the 10 lbs in 10 days diet with great success, but found it tough to always stick to only the listed foods they provide. You totally remove any grains for the 10 days, which is tough for me because I am training for a half marathon and need the carbs from grains -- I can totally tell a difference in my energy levels during and after a run if I avoid complex carbs the day before. So with my twist on the program, I'm including a whole grain serving at dinner time -- whole wheat pasta, quinoa, brown rice, etc.
