Well, today our clocks turn forward to lose an hour, and this makes it easier to do things later with more light. In my case, that means more golf. I am not a big golfer myself, but my friends fall into the avid category. Las Vegas is a most horrible place to diet. Many of your greatest chefs seem to at least put a lot of importance here. I wouldn't say we have tried a lot of these culinary, delightful places, but we do enjoy some of the second tier eating spots. I am so glad I have been influenced by the fasting on FS. I really enjoy reading posts from all of the dedicated dieters here. Such lovely people here. Have the best of this day!!!
