Well, ended the month with a 5 lb loss for September. I certainly struggled to get those five pounds off! Lots of digestive problems this month; tried adding some other items into my diet (low carb tortillas, flax) and that seemed to slow my progress.
But I'm happy to still be moving in the right direction! If I lose five pounds a month for the next several months, it will all add up. I'm not going around hungry during the day; I am eating food that is satisfying and still low-carb.
So, October here we come! Goal by end of month - 182.
