Hello, and a happy Monday to all! I got home, broke, with my weight, and marriage intact. If ever you desire employment, and have modest skills, and street smarts, Las Vegas street people have a variety of ways to separate you from your money. Kind of similar to inside with the casinos. Warren's Diet tip of the Day: Remember, all carbohydrates are broken down into sugar, whether it be white bread or whole grains. Eventually, the body turns them to sugar, and the insulin has to convert it from your bloodstream, to the cells,(the tissue, muscle, liver, etc.). The only reason whole grains are preferred, is for their fiber. In the absence of insulin, hormone sensitive lipase, or(HSL), burns fat. Thus, you LOSE WEIGHT!
