Quick post. On the run.
On the up side, weight is holding and dropping slowly. I'm taking 4 days to deload. No lifting, maintenance diet, and a trip to see my son.
I bought an elbow support sleeve in October because I was having an issue while weight lifting, and in four days of use I didn't need it any more so I set it aside. The other day I felt a little twinge and just thought I'd put it on to make sure I was supported. The stupid thing doesn't fit! It won't go past my forearm. :( :| :) :D
Mom. Or rather, Mom and Dad. I've done everything I can to ensure that each of them are as protected financially as possible. The worry I had, is over. It did not go the way I had wanted it to, but in the aftermath, it was essentially the one last thing that I felt I could sway further in mom's favour to ensure her continued health. Other family members see it differently. I will not go further into the explanation, but I want to thank Mom2Boxers and Scalewatcher particularly for giving me an ear and appreciate their support. You two are awesome.
I do recognize though that that was me trying to plan for one eventuality that may or may not happen. That's one out of a countless number of possibilities. I can relax now.
Well that was my last gulp of coffee. On the road. 1000 km trip today. Contact will be spotty. I'll be on to log food.
