Placeholder weight. No scales of any kind at the moment. My breakthrough thought of the day (no I don't get them every day):
My old truth: you can't go back to the way you are before the loss. You're not the same person and your body has different requirements now.
My new truth: you can't stay eating the way you ate when you hit your weight loss goals if you're working out and gaining muscle. You're not the same person and your body has different requirements now.
Happy Easter everyone. It's not about bunnies, chocolate and coloured eggs. It's about the payment of a debt.

I agree completely. Your diet should change as your goals change. Experimentation is key.

Thanks for the poignant reminder (reason for the season) . . . when you think about it, regardless if you're trying to lose weight, gain muscle, etc. aren't our diet and dietary needs evolving naturally from birth and even just from season-to-season as a result of environmental factors? Of course, amount of exercise and body composition affect the 'formula' as well and should certainly be accounted for.
