Well, no I am not eating a bunch of stuff but as Atkins says "one cheat is the kiss of death on this plan". So last Friday I ate a bunch of crap at the hockey game and now I am retaining water.

So it's ok...I am trying harder to keep it to the 25g per day and keep my sugar low.

I am concentrating on water intake and carbs.
146,5 kg Bisher verloren: 5,0 kg.    Still to go: 7,7 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.

Ok shellly read most of all your post and i see you are new here...don't try to be an expert at first....but each day start to improve a little here and a little there with your numbers as you gain knowledge... you are my buddy now and pround to have you. Another person that could be a great benefit to you is Philmck....both him and his brother are on the Fatsecret site. they have lost a tremendous amount of weight and I copied phil's success and was also successful....try to contact him. That is the best advice i can give you.
