Happy Monday to all of the FatSecret community! Today, I make the long journey to downtown Los Angeles to my butt doctor. I really don't know what to think. I have never had this experience, but I feel fine except for my knee. My knee is the best it has felt in 6 months. I feel I am at a good place with my eating each day, and seem to have stabilized around 260 pounds. I wish everyone a wonderful day! Ok, I did a quick check- it appears Shabu Shabu house is closed today, but down the street is:
Shabu Shabu Yo
356 E. 2nd St
Los Angeles (also in little Tokyo)
Looks like it has good reviews
They are open today from 11:45am to 10pm!! Hopefully!!

You know Shabu Shabu Yo is right where I am going near Wilshire Blvd. in downtown. I think it is meant to be!!!! Suzy, you need to find me a Greek restaurant in LA. lol
