Still at 208. I bought an Elliptical last night so will start using it today. Hoping my granddaughter will also..

So proud of my daughter Misty though as she is doing great on her journey! She is such an inspiration! Just don't go too far sweet heart! We can get compulsive at times if not careful...😍

The elliptical is a wonderful machine for old knees...hope you love yours. If you want some advice from a guy who's worn out two commercial machines in the last 18 years, let me know and I'll send you some thoughts re sustainable work out patterns.
