great job Warren....i cant wait until i can break the 4lb a week loss. but then i dont want the weight to come back so i know in my heart that i need to lose slow so that dont happen but i do get a little depressed when it doesnt come off as fast as i want...again GREAT job

I haven't seen any mention of Doris Roberts being on "Remington Steele." She was just as delightful on that show as she was on "Raymond." You could just tell she was a real person.

Thanks Smarty, agreed! My weight is just as much of a dilemma, as anyone else, very hard to figure out. I seem to have plateaued at 260, it seems.
