Hey, a happy Thursday to our FatSecret community! I realize yesterday was kind of an interesting adventure. Wilshire Blvd. is pretty unique, for a trip through old and new Los Angeles. I am very happy, that my diet has stabilized, and in general is worry free. My knee, I worry about. Mostly, pain free, but it is not right. Need to get the cancer to a lesser priority, so I can work on the knee. My good friend, Charles, the attorney, is working on getting me to USC Kenneth Norris Cancer, and an orthopedist. I think his son is coming to the house to watch me play drums, and he can play piano. Funny, the son is autistic, and lives in a 3-5 million dollar mansion, in San Marino, so I wonder what he has to say about our humble abode. lol Charles or he, has never been to our house, period. Happy day to you too Warren! As a SoCal girl born and bred, I agree. LA can be magical and kind of freakish all at the same time. But, I love LA! Sounds like you've got a lot on your plate right now. I love that you are so positive....it's inspiring! And love, LOVE that you are a drummer! Music...it soothes the soul fo'sho'!

Laura, my only family member, my nephew, lives in Ocean Beach, I used to go down there a lot, but he has a live in boyfriend now. So I haven't been there to see him in a long time now.
