Thanksgiving Day and I'm thankful, that for the first time, in more than 15 years, my weight is below 300 lbs. I normally don't weigh in, mid week, but I kinda wanted to have an idea of how much damage was done, once it's over. To my surprise, I've dropped four pounds since Monday morning, when I last weighed in. Hoo Yaah! No matter what happens today, I know that in the coming weeks, my weight will continue to drop below the 300 lb mark, so I can set my next weight loss goal. :-)
