i am trying to eat more veggies, fruit, and meats.. and get rid soda and junk foods and i am only lose few pound today by not eat any junk today.

You are going to succeed with this plan. Watch the fruit though... It is loaded with sugar too. FS will help you. As you log all your food on your food diary - you can see what foods are best and which to avoid. Simply reduce your sugar and carbs and you will see results soon. I bought a pack og baby carrots and snack on them during the day and it really helps, especially with fiber and elimination made easier.

Try just logging in all that you have eaten in a day on your food log and go from there. Get familiar with the food log and activity log for starts. Getting rid of the junk should help greatly. If you have any health issues and/or are uncertain about what diet or eating plan or exercise plan is best for you you should probably have a chat with your physician first. Do it safe and make sure whatever you are doing is right for you. There is no doubt about getting rid of the junk.

I agree to keep an eye on your fruit. I choose lower glycemic fruits like raspberries, blueberries, grapefruit and apples. They are better choices than bananas or watermelon which will spike insulin levels. Smart to get rid of the temptations. I have two kids so I have fallen off the wagon a couple times getting tempted by their snacks.:)

i cant stand with carrots, those carrots make me like cant keep it down and keep threw up when i tried eat carrots. and i cant eat tree nuts due alleries.. and i will do with check on fruits, i am still to find what veggis have good fibers and thank you for helping me!

It's good you can't stand carrots... They are too starchy for LCHF anyways! See? You're winning already!
