Hurray, I am 90% better from my cold/cough condition, so soon I will be at 100%. Since I am a go getter, I will start my exercises today and start the ball rolling. LOL

too bad, they don't exist in Peru but they might have comparable brands, either way my alternative therapy is working fine. I am at 95% and if you ever have a choice to do natural alternative therapy, then I would consider it.
