Weight gain today is fine. It looks like current diet at 2800 calories is maintenance. Debating on a cutting day tomorrow. That Jimmiepop is hot on my heals. Calipers say I'm right on the edge of 10%. Slow cutting will serve me well and keep me satisfied. Hoping for 8% at which point I'll go to 2900 cals and attempt a recomp.

Bill, sometimes it feels like a job, I swear! I used to laugh at the idea of bodybuilders eating 5 meals a day. Now? Now I'm essentially eating 5 meals a day. Go figure. This has come about though as a consequence of getting it sorted out. I don't think eating 5 meals will get you to a faster metabolism, but being lean and working it? Yeah, it seems to be almost a requirement. I mean, I could eat 1000 calories in 3 meals, but I just can't eat that way. Love the evening 400 - 500 calorie snack.
