From memory I thought I had been 154 when I weighed myself this morning, but I guess I wasn't! Well, well, what a pleasant surprise. I hadn't intended on even recording my weight today, but I gotta put this down so I remember, haha.
*Something I'm been wondering, how do you personally (reader of this post) respond to people who mean well when they give you unsolicited advice without knowing any of your past or current methods or efforts for change?
[Just my opinion] Sorry if the wording is confusing, specifically I mean things along the lines of losing weight. I feel like it's one thing to give encouragement but another to advise people what to do without actually knowing their story, or taking what they say out of context. I, for one, haven't been a perfect angel in this regard (who has?) but I do try to advise people based on the information given and not assuming, maybe asking questions instead. (If they seem to be struggling or asking for help)
Like raising kids, everyone has a different solution or idea of the best way to lose weight, often times in a simplistic enough way that it doesn't always account for everything, like "burn more calories than you intake = win" the small text is that it depends on what calories, like if its 100 calories of junk food vs healthful food, in the long run the rule doesn't seem to stick quite as nicely. People generally mean well when they throw advice at you about how to properly raise your kids but it seems like for most people it's not exactly desired advice.
