I skipped breakfast this morning and then I worked out a little bit and then I went to work and I had a "long John silver's combo " for lunch which wasn't the healthiest but I did some "walk with Leslie " a little bit at work on my lunch break and then no snacks and I had supper. I fixed scrambled eggs and bacon with two pieces of toast for supper and a cup of coffee with cream. Still weighing 204 and working more on losing more! Took stairs and not elevator today!
