It might help to track everything you eat, every day. A morsel of this, or a bite of that adds up, even though you don't mentally count it.

I track everything on paper. So much of what I eat is home made and not on here so I don't usually bother to record my food here.

Muscle weighs more than fat.. if you're working out, dont let a pound up bother you. its normal.

Looking at your green bar, I'm guessing you already know this but for the sake of any beginner reading I'll share this: Our weight can vary 3-5 lbs in a day. So much can impact why you go up or down that isn't over eating or eating the wrong foods. Unless you know you've blown it, it will likely even out within a week. Did you overindulge?

@ Jyeza-- The closest thing to working out is taking long walks when we can and going to work in a factory. My wife and I took an hour+ walk before lunch Monday then went to work later. @ Mountain_mama--No. Nothing extra. I stayed under 1300 calories for the day and drank at least 12 bottles of water all day. I had a meal with beans Monday but that was at lunch time (noonish) and I work evenings so I was active after. I probably blew it today though. A co-worker brought home made cream chicken to work and I had a sandwich even though I already ate the lunch I brought.
