Up 2lbs. Not worried, inches down on waist, stomach, and hips. YEAH! I had the sweetest, coldest, large serving of watermelon too late last night. Stress eating. My elderly friend's husband passed away early evening...something one can never really prepare for. They had a beautiful 42 years together. I learn lessons from the people around me daily...taking it ALL in. Be Well Everyone!

Sorry for your lost. Good time to learn how to manage mindless eating binges. I'm glad it was watermelon and not a Pizza pie. So sorry for your friend's husband's passing. Don't worry about the 2lbs. Really it could just be water, undigested food, a number of things. Especially if you're seeing results physically (as in inches lost), then that's perfect. You're doing great!
