When I went to weigh in today, I was hoping to reach 184 lbs. After all I was stuck on 185 lbs for 7 days now. I knew I would probably hit 184 lbs today since I was just a hair over 184 lbs yesterday, but I was pleasantly suprised when I weighed in at 183 lbs! I think the fact I was right around 74% of my RDI yesterday really helped. My goal is still 180 lbs at this point, so wish me luck!
