Well, I didn't lose anything...but I didn't gain either. I will accept that! I'm not really sure why my body seems to be stalling right now, but I really want to work on building some distance from that 200 line. Patience and consistency...and a whole lot of faith! Have a good night buddies!

I think there is a force field at 200 lbs. I am stuck there to. Unfortunately I am now going back in the other direction!

That is what I am afraid of doing Jocko. It makes me nervous! You are so right, Cowboy! Holding the line is a win. That is how I will be looking at it until I can climb a little further down the hill. One day at a time...one pound at a time. :) Let me know if you find something that gets you going Erika.
