R3P2 - VLCD #12 I've only small traces of ketosis this morning, I think it can be due to my 3 hard candies or there was honey in tha chamomile tea I had yesterday at iQ, it was so sweet. I hate when these things happen because I work so hard to be in a good burning fat mode and just going out once can damage all my progresses. I didn't even see a change of weight this morning, so depressing. My lesson: social interaction outside should be avoided as much as I can while on strict diet!
