Well I am certainly way out of my regular routine and am surprised I am maintaining. My hubby had back surgery and is mending well, but I have given him the bed so he can more around without worrying about waking me up. So been sleeping on the couch, which hasn't been bad, but between the nocturnal cat and the neighbor's rooster that wakes up before dawn, sometimes my sleep gets interrupted. But I have been walking a ton and even ran again today, it's been too hot to run lately. But fall is definitely coming to Minnesota. I love the fall weather, but know winter is right around the corner.
Hope everyone else is doing okay. I've been a little blue, but feel like I am slowly coming out of my slump.

HaHaHa - LadyinDenim. I have lived here 30 years - I know Minnesota winter...dark, long, cold! The Farmer's almanac is predicting a "real" winter this year!

My daughter just moved there last year and was a bit disappointed (but not ) that last year was such an unusually warm winter!

I had a gin and low cal tonic as part of my wild and crazy (not) vacation week. I did not test, but it sure did not feel like an insulin spike - I can usually tell: feel it. And I almost won the poker game. My son, who is a near math genius, always wins. He's a computer engineer and an amateur card sharp. :) :(
