Good Weight loss, Had meetings with US Subsidiary so slept at about 1:30 am. This has messed up my morning exercise and energy.

Have a dinner with our parish priest today so I am eagerly looking forward to this. I have set-up a healthy menu although I will probably pass on the carbs as I have zero interest in them nowadays.
