Pleased with that, though one more pound would have seen me at 13 something. I was hungry yesterday, but I had Bite Size Sheddies for breakfast (Carbs) and Cashews instead of my usual Macadamia nuts for my working lunch. That left me a bit low on Fat and Protein which usually leaves me wanting more. Not working today so that should let me catch up on my jobs and plenty walking.

Hi , I have 1/2 fillet river cobbler for breakfast for a protein kick and switch it to plain mackerel to get good fat uplift, I add to it Either three bean salad or cannellini beans with tons of fresh chillies/onions/garlic in a beetroot puree quite a flavour kick from my pre diet -black coffee and both garlic and beetroot are blood pressure reducing foods.
