Tough days. Thanksgiving weekend here. We have a meeting with the funeral home Tueday. Most of the data has been provided via email and text (thank you modern technology) so our time there will be short. I imagine I'll get a lot of info and a basic framework of what's available. Finding the quiet times the toughest.
Had a good day with dad yesterday. He's amazing for 88. Went out for most of the morning. Breakfast and off to a local orchard that's doing a Thanksgiving/Pre halloween event.
On a different note... I deadlifted 240 yesterday and hit my goal of squats with body weight (195) but fell 1 rep short of my goal 3 reps. That's a first goal. It's been a lot of work to get there. I'm so close. It seemed I had a lot of energy to burn there.
Out into the day here shortly. Chicken dinner at my sister's tonight with dad. These are tough days, but these are good days.
