I keep getting off track!
But I still fight everyday! I can't and won't give up!
I went back up to 271 and was like ENOUGH I gotta do what works and I have so I have lost all but 2 pds just to get back to where I was and the I'm gonna push on!
The first 40 were pretty easy with a few bumps here and there but my resolve was strong.
I have gone back mentally and physically to drop the next 40 1 pd at a time.
Just a vent and I feel like when you say it that it becomes real!

Ladyindenim I follow a no white stuff, low calorie natural sugar diet. I actually call it a life change. I have diabetes and it was very bad and now I'm off all those meds and shots!!!! I do a small fasts for about 2-3 days but I do eat just the bare min. usually lunch (that's my fast). If I want something really bad like to the point Im gonna freak out and eat too much I eat a lil bit and be done with it. I find if I see what it will cost me I tend to weigh in that it might not be worth it. I also am eating as many fresh fruits, vegies, and about 4 to 6 oz of meat (usually chicken).
