Thanks! I'm down wt today.. so.. looking at replacement joint x 4 with a January start date.. really want to be in the best shape I can be . I see lots of big drops of weight and want that ! I'll take that, Alex, for any cost, but I realize this is a slow walk not a sprint.. my knees only allow for what walking I can do.. so for me it is all about what does into my mouth. My dr just keeps sending the same letter yearly that says I'm pre diabetic and to follow a paleo diet, but that's it! I'm a very picky eater so this is taking some trial and error.. but it is time. And thank you for reminding me to celebrate the small victory!
