I was thrilled with my weigh-in at TOPS meeting this evening had a 4lb. loss! Almost back to where I was on 10-13-2016. We've start Pound Puppy Contest, if have a gain I pay $.25 and my puppy goes to the dog pound for the week until I have a loss. I don't plan on her going to the pound, but please, FS friends encourage me!

All we need is to take the time to encourage one another at our TOPS. The leader and I try to show by example. Hopefully the others will caught on soon. That's what I love about all of you at FS; the encouragement is great here!
